Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer or cash. We do not accept credit card payments. Items will be released after funds have cleared.

To assist with the purchase of more expensive items, we can offer staged payments over a period, by mutual agreement.

Retention of Title
Title of all items purchased from Wessex Gallery shall not pass to the buyer until the invoiced amount has been paid in full.

Website Images
Due to photographic variations, Wessex Gallery cannot guarantee that images of items displayed on this website are a true representation of those items. Wherever possible, clients are advised to view items prior to purchase either at our Melbourne base or by arrangement at clients homes (Melbourne only). Where viewing is not practical, we can provide additional photographs and written descriptions and condition reports upon request.

Rule of Law
The laws of the state of Victoria, Australia apply to the interpretation of these conditions.
