Matthew Perceval was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1945. He left Australia in 1962 to further his artistic studies. Studio in London from 1965 - 1978, South of France 1967-1978, Paris 1978 - 1981. During this time he undertook numerous painting trips throughout Europe and North Africa Returned to Australia in 1981. Studio in Newcastle NSW 1982-1999 Studio in Paris since 2000. Matthew Perceval held his first one man exhibition in London in 1967 and since has exhibited continuously in Australia, England and France. His works are represented in numerous public, corporate and private collections throughout the world.
