Alan Douglas Baker (1914 - 1987), Australian Oil on composition board, 38.0 x 30.5 cm
Born in New South Wales, Baker is best known for still life and floral subjects. He was a teacher of life drawing at the J S Watkins school in Sydney prior to World War II and a council member of the Royal Art Society of NSW. Provenance: Raymond William Kelly, MBE Private collection, Sydney.
